The Coaching Philosophy of Mariia Semenichenko

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Mariia Semenichenko belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Mariia Semenichenko has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Mariia Semenichenko's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Mariia Semenichenko is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My goal is to provide a space where starting therapy feels approachable, even if you've been carrying the weight of life's challenges on your own for a long time." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Mariia Semenichenko apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Mariia Semenichenko's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
