The Coaching Philosophy of Marleni Maldonado

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Marleni Maldonado belongs firmly in the second category. Working across weight loss, Marleni Maldonado has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Clinical Social Work/Therapist, New York, Marleni Maldonado's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Marleni Maldonado is a LCSW-R listed on TrueCoach under Weight loss, based in Clinical Social Work/Therapist, New York. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists weight loss among the issues they work with. From their profile: "At different points in life, many of us find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, carrying sadness, anxiety, grief, anger, loneliness, or stress that begins to feel heavy and hard to manage alone." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Marleni Maldonado apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Marleni Maldonado's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
