The Coaching Philosophy of Martha M Quinn

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Martha M Quinn belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic illness adjustment, Martha M Quinn has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Martha M Quinn's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Martha M Quinn is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Chronic illness adjustment, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic illness among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Whether life has thrown you a curve, or you find yourself on a “hamster wheel” repeating unhealthy patterns, therapy provides an avenue to increase your self-awareness, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop resiliency when faced with challenges, all of which will serve to improve your relationship with others and even with yourself." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Martha M Quinn apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Martha M Quinn's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
