The Coaching Philosophy of Martha Mejia-Gordy

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Martha Mejia-Gordy belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ketamine preparation support, Martha Mejia-Gordy has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Martha Mejia-Gordy's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Martha Mejia-Gordy is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Ketamine preparation support, based in Atlanta, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions ketamine. From their profile: "Since beginning my private practice in 1995, I have worked with adult individuals, couples and families who are seeking to find resolution to challenges in their lives, I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where together we work on finding solutions to the issues that they are being confronted with." What sets Martha Mejia-Gordy apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Martha Mejia-Gordy's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
