The Coaching Philosophy of Megan Schussman

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Megan Schussman belongs firmly in the second category. Working across post-treatment integration support, Megan Schussman has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Megan Schussman's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Megan Schussman is a marriage & family therapist associate listed on TrueCoach under Post-treatment integration support, based in San Francisco, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions integration. From their profile: "Are you successful in many areas of life, yet still find yourself repeating painful patterns in relationships, work, or the way you relate to yourself?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Megan Schussman apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Megan Schussman's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
