The Coaching Philosophy of Melissa Klemkosky

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Melissa Klemkosky belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Melissa Klemkosky has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Palmetto, FL, Melissa Klemkosky's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Melissa Klemkosky is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in Palmetto, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, feeling controlled by your past, immobilized by anxiety or depression, or feeling like addiction is taking over your life?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Melissa Klemkosky apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Melissa Klemkosky's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
