The Coaching Philosophy of Michael DeMarco

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Michael DeMarco belongs firmly in the second category. Working across psychedelic integration, Michael DeMarco has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Punta del Este, Uruguay and California, USA, Michael DeMarco's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Michael DeMarco is a verified guide on the Psymerge psychedelic integration directory, listed on TrueCoach under Psychedelic integration, based in Punta del Este, Uruguay and California, USA. Their Psymerge profile describes their work as "Integration Coach" and lists 23 years of experience.

What sets Michael DeMarco apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Michael DeMarco's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
