The Coaching Philosophy of Michael Mulligan LMFT

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Michael Mulligan LMFT belongs firmly in the second category. Working across grief, Michael Mulligan LMFT has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Portland, OR, Michael Mulligan LMFT's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Michael Mulligan LMFT is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under Grief, based in Portland, OR. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists grief among the issues they work with. What sets Michael Mulligan LMFT apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Michael Mulligan LMFT's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
