The Coaching Philosophy of Michelle Buzgon

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Michelle Buzgon belongs firmly in the second category. Working across study skills & academic coaching, Michelle Buzgon has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Washington, DC, Michelle Buzgon's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Michelle Buzgon is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with an academic and study skills focus. In their own words: "What if you could make your brain an ally rather than an adversary? Michelle Buzgon, PCC, CPCC, is an ADHD coach who works with adults and college students navigating overwhelm, avoidance, emotional dysregulation, and the frustrating gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Michelle Buzgon apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Michelle Buzgon's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
