The Coaching Philosophy of Michelle Young

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Michelle Young belongs firmly in the second category. Working across parenting neurodivergent children, Michelle Young has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Seattle, WA, Michelle Young's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Michelle Young is a licensed mental health counselor associate listed on TrueCoach under Parenting neurodivergent children, based in Seattle, WA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, anxious about the future, or longing for better connection in your relationships." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Michelle Young apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Michelle Young's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
