The Coaching Philosophy of Mignon Eli

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Mignon Eli belongs firmly in the second category. Working across learning differences support, Mignon Eli has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Mignon Eli's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Mignon Eli is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Learning differences support, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists learning disabilit among the issues they work with. See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Mignon Eli apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Mignon Eli's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
