The Coaching Philosophy of Mindwaves Mental Health

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Mindwaves Mental Health belongs firmly in the second category. Working across breakup / divorce, Mindwaves Mental Health has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Mindwaves Mental Health's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Mindwaves Mental Health is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Breakup / Divorce, based in Atlanta, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists divorce among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Mindwaves offers thoughtful, personalized therapy to help you find clarity, balance & meaningful change via Silvana Ebong (MEd, NCC, LPC) who is a LPC and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Mindwaves Mental Health apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Mindwaves Mental Health's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
