The Coaching Philosophy of Miriam Stern

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Miriam Stern belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic pain support, Miriam Stern has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Miriam Stern's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Miriam Stern is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Chronic pain support, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic pain among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Caring for your mental and emotional health is like making an investment that never stops giving back." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Miriam Stern apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Miriam Stern's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
