The Coaching Philosophy of Mirka Frommenwiler

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Mirka Frommenwiler belongs firmly in the second category. Working across organization & time management, Mirka Frommenwiler has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Cork, Mirka Frommenwiler's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Mirka Frommenwiler is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with a organization and time management focus. In their own words: "I spent over 14 years in leadership roles, where one thing consistently stood out to me, the most meaningful part of my work was supporting others to grow, develop, and step into their potential. That realisation led me to coaching." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Mirka Frommenwiler apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Mirka Frommenwiler's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
