The Coaching Philosophy of Monica Giuffre

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Monica Giuffre belongs firmly in the second category. Working across addiction recovery coaching, Monica Giuffre has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Monica Giuffre's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Monica Giuffre is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Addiction recovery coaching, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "After navigating some of my own personal life experiences—and knowing firsthand what it feels like to not always feel supported—I made it my mission to become the kind of person I wished I had during those times." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Monica Giuffre apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Monica Giuffre's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
