The Coaching Philosophy of Nancy Lee

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Nancy Lee belongs firmly in the second category. Working across recovery (professional), Nancy Lee has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Nancy Lee's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Nancy Lee is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under Recovery (professional), based in Salt Lake City, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "At Meridian Counseling, we understand how difficult it can be to take the first step toward therapy—especially for young men who may feel pressure to hold it all together on their own." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Nancy Lee apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Nancy Lee's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
