The Coaching Philosophy of Natasha Mills

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Natasha Mills belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ocd support, Natasha Mills has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Natasha Mills's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Natasha Mills is a marriage & family therapist associate listed on TrueCoach under OCD support, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists obsessive-compulsive among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Current Openings Available (Mon-Fri: 4-8pm and Sat: 8am-12pm): Meet Natasha Mills, a dedicated and compassionate therapist who believes that healing can be both effective and, yes, even a little fun!." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Natasha Mills apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Natasha Mills's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
