The Coaching Philosophy of Nicole Rubin

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Nicole Rubin belongs firmly in the second category. Working across eating disorder recovery support, Nicole Rubin has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Nicole Rubin's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Nicole Rubin is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Eating disorder recovery support, based in Atlanta, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists eating disorders among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Have you tried talk therapy and were told that you “Know yourself so well and are so insightful!” but left without feeling like you made real, lasting change?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Nicole Rubin apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Nicole Rubin's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
