The Coaching Philosophy of Nicole Thoms Fuentes

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Nicole Thoms Fuentes belongs firmly in the second category. Working across autism support, Nicole Thoms Fuentes has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Martinez, GA, Nicole Thoms Fuentes's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Nicole Thoms Fuentes is a associate professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Autism support, based in Martinez, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists autism among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My therapist mantras are “baby steps” and “f&$k ‘em!” — my favorite question to ask is, “how are you contributing to your own suffering?” — I steady myself in the truths that your story, voice, and wisdom matter." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Nicole Thoms Fuentes apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Nicole Thoms Fuentes's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
