The Coaching Philosophy of Nora Lisa Tellez

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Nora Lisa Tellez belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sexual assault survivor support, Nora Lisa Tellez has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Nora Lisa Tellez's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Nora Lisa Tellez is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Sexual assault survivor support, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Have you been carrying the weight of depression while still holding onto hopes for your future?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Nora Lisa Tellez apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Nora Lisa Tellez's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
