The Coaching Philosophy of Patricia Jean Welch

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Patricia Jean Welch belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ptsd support, Patricia Jean Welch has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Minneapolis, MN, Patricia Jean Welch's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Patricia Jean Welch is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under PTSD support, based in Minneapolis, MN. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists trauma and ptsd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I help people find their voice and true selves, whose lives have been impacted by trauma and various forms of abuse in their childhood." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Patricia Jean Welch apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Patricia Jean Welch's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
