The Coaching Philosophy of Patty Meadows Virkler

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Patty Meadows Virkler belongs firmly in the second category. Working across childhood abuse recovery, Patty Meadows Virkler has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Patty Meadows Virkler's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Patty Meadows Virkler is a licensed clinical mental health counselor listed on TrueCoach under Childhood abuse recovery, based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "The decision to enter the counseling process may involve letting go of stigmas and fears." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Patty Meadows Virkler apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Patty Meadows Virkler's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
