The Coaching Philosophy of Phebe Davis Lockwood

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Phebe Davis Lockwood belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sleep / recovery, Phebe Davis Lockwood has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Denver, CO, Phebe Davis Lockwood's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Phebe Davis Lockwood is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Sleep / recovery, based in Denver, CO. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sleep or insomnia among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I believe therapy works best when it feels human, so I try to bring authenticity, warmth, and a bit of personality into the room to help create a comfortable space for vulnerability and growth." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Phebe Davis Lockwood apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Phebe Davis Lockwood's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
