The Coaching Philosophy of Rachel Neff

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Rachel Neff belongs firmly in the second category. Working across psychedelic preparation support, Rachel Neff has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Denver, CO, Rachel Neff's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Rachel Neff is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Psychedelic preparation support, based in Denver, CO. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions psychedelic. From their profile: "As a deep feeler and the empathetic friend, you're used to being the one others turn to when struggling, and now you're curious about receiving that support for yourself." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Rachel Neff apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Rachel Neff's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
