The Coaching Philosophy of Rachel Puanani Green

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Rachel Puanani Green belongs firmly in the second category. Working across coercive control support, Rachel Puanani Green has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Rachel Puanani Green's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Rachel Puanani Green is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Coercive control support, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists domestic abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community who have experienced trauma related to relationships, religion, or emotional/physical abuse." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Rachel Puanani Green apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Rachel Puanani Green's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
