The Coaching Philosophy of Rada West

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Rada West belongs firmly in the second category. Working across learning differences support, Rada West has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Rada West's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Rada West is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Learning differences support, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists learning disabilit among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Are you concerned your child is demonstrating delays in milestones, such as speech and motor skills?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Rada West apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Rada West's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
