The Coaching Philosophy of Rafael A Tejada

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Rafael A Tejada belongs firmly in the second category. Working across psychedelic mental health education, Rafael A Tejada has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in New York, NY, Rafael A Tejada's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Rafael A Tejada is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Psychedelic mental health education, based in New York, NY. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions psychedelic. From their profile: "As a psychotherapist specializing in a holistic, trauma-focused approach, I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood trauma), relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Rafael A Tejada apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Rafael A Tejada's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
