The Coaching Philosophy of Rashaan Cargile-Gregory

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Rashaan Cargile-Gregory belongs firmly in the second category. Working across pregnancy / postpartum, Rashaan Cargile-Gregory has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Columbus, OH, Rashaan Cargile-Gregory's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Rashaan Cargile-Gregory is a licensed social worker listed on TrueCoach under Pregnancy / Postpartum, based in Columbus, OH.
