The Coaching Philosophy of Raven N. Goins

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Raven N. Goins belongs firmly in the second category. Working across depression support, Raven N. Goins has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Raven N. Goins's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Raven N. Goins is a LCSW Associate listed on TrueCoach under Depression support, based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists depression among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges and unsure of how to move forward?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Raven N. Goins apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Raven N. Goins's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
