The Coaching Philosophy of Rhonda Hoover

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Rhonda Hoover belongs firmly in the second category. Working across depression support, Rhonda Hoover has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Pre-Licensed Professional, Austin, Rhonda Hoover's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Rhonda Hoover is a LPC-A @ Evolve Psychiatry listed on TrueCoach under Depression support, based in Pre-Licensed Professional, Austin. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists depression among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Are you caught between emotional pain and substance use, feeling like one keeps feeding the other with no clear way out?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Rhonda Hoover apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Rhonda Hoover's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
