The Coaching Philosophy of Rosemary McVea

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Rosemary McVea belongs firmly in the second category. Working across women's wellness, Rosemary McVea has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Rosemary McVea's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Rosemary McVea is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Women's wellness, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists women's issues among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Most people don't come to therapy because they're "broken." They come because the strategies that helped them survive are no longer helping them live." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Rosemary McVea apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Rosemary McVea's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
