The Coaching Philosophy of Sami Lare

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Sami Lare belongs firmly in the second category. Working across parenting neurodivergent children, Sami Lare has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Sami Lare's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Sami Lare is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Parenting neurodivergent children, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I work with LGBTQ+ and transgender adults, queer and polyamorous clients, neurodivergent adults, and trauma survivors navigating anxiety, grief, identity, relationships, and life transitions." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Sami Lare apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Sami Lare's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
