The Coaching Philosophy of Sara Hernandez-Moya

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Sara Hernandez-Moya belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic illness adjustment, Sara Hernandez-Moya has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, Sara Hernandez-Moya's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Sara Hernandez-Moya is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Chronic illness adjustment, based in Las Vegas, NV. What sets Sara Hernandez-Moya apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

But Sara Hernandez-Moya's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
