The Coaching Philosophy of Sara Kimelman

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Sara Kimelman belongs firmly in the second category. Working across habits / productivity, Sara Kimelman has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Lafayette, CA, Sara Kimelman's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Sara Kimelman is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with a productivity and habits focus. In their own words: "Sara Kimelman is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with advanced ADHD and neurodiversity coach training through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) . She specializes in executive function, performance, and leadership coaching for high-achieving professionals, tech leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Sara Kimelman apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Sara Kimelman's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
