The Coaching Philosophy of Sara Plinska Camilo

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Sara Plinska Camilo belongs firmly in the second category. Working across interview / linkedin, Sara Plinska Camilo has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Los Angeles, CA, Sara Plinska Camilo's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Sara Plinska Camilo, CPCC, CPRW, is a former recruiter and founder of Camilo Careers, a Los Angeles career coaching company started in 2019. She is a certified career coach and resume writer. She helps professionals with interview coaching, LinkedIn profile optimization and salary negotiation.

What sets Sara Plinska Camilo apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Sara Plinska Camilo's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
