The Coaching Philosophy of Sarah Poirier

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Sarah Poirier belongs firmly in the second category. Working across relationship safety & boundaries, Sarah Poirier has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Licensed Professional Counselor, Las Vegas, Sarah Poirier's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Sarah Poirier is a EMDR & Childhood Trauma Therapist listed on TrueCoach under Relationship safety & boundaries, based in Licensed Professional Counselor, Las Vegas. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists codependency among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Many people living with childhood trauma or relationship issues think they’re “too sensitive” or “too much.” The truth is, your nervous system learned to survive, and it can learn something new." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Sarah Poirier apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Sarah Poirier's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
