The Coaching Philosophy of Sarah Vassileff

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Sarah Vassileff belongs firmly in the second category. Working across complex trauma support, Sarah Vassileff has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Sarah Vassileff's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Sarah Vassileff is a licensed clinical professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Complex trauma support, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists dissociative among the issues they work with. From their profile: "As your therapist, one of my priorities is to walk alongside you as you grow into the most integrated version of yourself, embracing your autonomy and strengths." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Sarah Vassileff apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Sarah Vassileff's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
