The Coaching Philosophy of Shereen Cohen

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Shereen Cohen belongs firmly in the second category. Working across psychedelic preparation support, Shereen Cohen has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Vista, CA, Shereen Cohen's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Shereen Cohen is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Psychedelic preparation support, based in Vista, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions psychedelic. From their profile: "I specialize in working with adults on the autism spectrum who struggle with anxiety or depression, or who need support with navigating the academic, occupational, or social world." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Shereen Cohen apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Shereen Cohen's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
