The Coaching Philosophy of Simone Mackay

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Simone Mackay belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ayahuasca integration, Simone Mackay has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Bali, Indonesia, Simone Mackay's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Simone Mackay is a verified guide on the Psymerge psychedelic integration directory, listed on TrueCoach under Ayahuasca integration, based in Bali, Indonesia. Their Psymerge profile describes their work as "Holistic, trauma-informed, compassion-centered, somatically-oriented, mindfulness based plant medicine preparation & integration coaching" and lists 29 years of experience. Substances listed for preparation and integration support include Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, San Pedro.

What sets Simone Mackay apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Simone Mackay's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
