The Coaching Philosophy of Solutions for Integrated Health

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Solutions for Integrated Health belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Solutions for Integrated Health has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Portland, OR, Solutions for Integrated Health's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Solutions for Integrated Health is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in Portland, OR. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My international work in the Middle East and, most recently, Kenya has focused on conflict resolution, human rights, and community recovery." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Solutions for Integrated Health apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Solutions for Integrated Health's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
