The Coaching Philosophy of Stephanie M. Elder

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Stephanie M. Elder belongs firmly in the second category. Working across domestic violence / ipv support, Stephanie M. Elder has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Sheridan, WY, Stephanie M. Elder's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Stephanie M. Elder is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Domestic violence / IPV support, based in Sheridan, WY. What sets Stephanie M. Elder apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

Elder's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
