The Coaching Philosophy of Stephanie Quigley

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Stephanie Quigley belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sexual assault survivor support, Stephanie Quigley has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in La Grange, IL, Stephanie Quigley's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Stephanie Quigley is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Sexual assault survivor support, based in La Grange, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. What sets Stephanie Quigley apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Stephanie Quigley's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
