The Coaching Philosophy of Steven Loehndorf

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Steven Loehndorf belongs firmly in the second category. Working across trauma-informed coaching (non-clinical), Steven Loehndorf has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in British Columbia, Canada, Steven Loehndorf's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Steven Loehndorf is listed on TrueCoach under Trauma-informed coaching (non-clinical), based in British Columbia, Canada. They are listed in the Moving the Human Spirit Trauma Informed Coaching directory and offer trauma-informed coaching. From their website: "Steven Loehndorf is a trauma-informed betrayal trauma coach on Vancouver Island, BC offering ERCEM couples coaching, Help Her Heal for men, and Kintsugi Disclosure guidance." Visit their official website for current programmes and availability.

What sets Steven Loehndorf apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Steven Loehndorf's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
