The Coaching Philosophy of Susan Gonzalez

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Susan Gonzalez belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sexual assault survivor support, Susan Gonzalez has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, Susan Gonzalez's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Susan Gonzalez is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Sexual assault survivor support, based in Phoenix, AZ. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "As a pastor's wife, I offer not only compassion for your journey, but practical skills for couples and women and inspirational biblical truth." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Susan Gonzalez apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Susan Gonzalez's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
