The Coaching Philosophy of Susie Lloyd

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Susie Lloyd belongs firmly in the second category. Working across homeschool, Susie Lloyd has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Susie Lloyd homeschooled seven children over 30 years and now offers personal, confidential homeschool consulting. She is also an author and conference speaker whose books and talks encourage new and struggling homeschooling parents.

What sets Susie Lloyd apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Susie Lloyd's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
