The Coaching Philosophy of Suzanne Wagster

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Suzanne Wagster belongs firmly in the second category. Working across grief, Suzanne Wagster has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Denver, CO, Suzanne Wagster's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Suzanne Wagster is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Grief, based in Denver, CO. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists grief among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Life can be very difficult to navigate at times, and we all face unexpected twists and turns that can throw us off our game, and that doesn't include major life transitions that can impact our feelings of wellness." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Suzanne Wagster apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Suzanne Wagster's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
