The Coaching Philosophy of Sydney Garrett

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Sydney Garrett belongs firmly in the second category. Working across recovery (professional), Sydney Garrett has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Sydney Garrett's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Sydney Garrett is a licensed clinical social worker associate listed on TrueCoach under Recovery (professional), based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Living in our world comes with its share of challenges and tribulations- but it also offers beauty, growth, and fulfillment." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Sydney Garrett apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Sydney Garrett's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
