The Coaching Philosophy of Tanya Varnum

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Tanya Varnum belongs firmly in the second category. Working across spiritual coaching, Tanya Varnum has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Panama City Beach, FL, Tanya Varnum's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Tanya Varnum is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Spiritual coaching, based in Panama City Beach, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists spirituality among the issues they work with. From their profile: "You've tried everything but it hasn't been enough." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Tanya Varnum apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Tanya Varnum's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
