The Coaching Philosophy of Therese M Grieco

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Therese M Grieco belongs firmly in the second category. Working across pregnancy / postpartum, Therese M Grieco has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Columbus, OH, Therese M Grieco's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Therese M Grieco is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Pregnancy / Postpartum, based in Columbus, OH. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists pregnancy among the issues they work with. See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Therese M Grieco apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Therese M Grieco's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
