The Coaching Philosophy of Thriveworks Polaris

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Thriveworks Polaris belongs firmly in the second category. Working across substance-use recovery support, Thriveworks Polaris has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Columbus, OH, Thriveworks Polaris's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Thriveworks Polaris is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Substance-use recovery support, based in Columbus, OH. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists drug abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Welcome to a therapeutic journey where every story matters &the path to self-discovery is as unique as you are." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Thriveworks Polaris apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Thriveworks Polaris's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
